Pool Clean-up Day #2
Come join in helping prepare the pool for this season. Lots of fun little projects. Each family will get $25 for helping for two hours.
Swim and Dive Registration Days
Sign up for the dive team and the swim team while you’re at it. We’ve got awesome teams and its going to be a great year for both!

Summer Dive Registration Underway

Welcome Back!
We are starting registration for dive team. The dive pages have been updated. New this year there is a combined swim/dive family maximum of $300. Swim and dive are using the same suit as last year. Registration must be completed by June 8th to guarantee a team shirt. We have new apparel items for sale to show your team spirit.

Sideburn Run Pool Cleanup Day-April 14, 2012
10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.
Fellow Pool Members,
This is a last minute reminder and invitation to all pool members to come out this Saturday for the first Pool Cleanup Day. The weather looks great for this weekend with temperatures in the low to mid 70s. Come and renew old pool friendships or make new ones and help start the new season off right. Earn 25 dollars for your effort. One payment per family and be sure to bring the kids. Kids love chores, right? This Saturday we will focus mostly on cleaning the physical plant (the pool deck, parking lot, bathrooms, guard room, kitchen and storage room) and restoring the grounds and landscaping. (the azaleas, removing some ivy, a new flower bed and picking up debris) It will also be good day to paint all the doors a fresh coat of Industrial Blue and finish the silver chain link fence around the baby pool. To do all this it would be great if you bring some tools with you. If you have an idea which chore or chores you would like to do, here is a breakdown of the tools you will need.
Pool Deck and Furniture- broom, dustpan, bucket, scrubbing brush, sponge.
Guardhouse and bathrooms- Windex, 409, bucket and floor mop
Paint Detail- Paint tray, your favorite brush and roller
Grounds and Landscaping- leaf rake, garden rake, spade, shovel, hoe
Debris Detail-A strong back is needed to pick up all the accumulated debris (fallen
branches and twigs) from the grounds. A perfect job for the kids! We will have a
portable fire pit to burn all the gathered debris.
Special Recognition-John Gould A great big thanks to John Gould, our newest board member for his great work on the parking lot-removing weeds, edging the curbs, treating the cracks and mowing. A fantastic job, thanks John!
